Pricing

Residential Standard Shoot .......$149.
Standard shoots will take approximately one hour and will include both interior and exterior. I will also include one hour of post production in this package and generate up to 15 images. Generally I consider a “standard property” to be under 2700 sq. ft. Larger properties or more complicated shoots may require more time and will be quoted at a higher rate.

Mid-Range Shoot....... $225.
Slightly larger homes up to 3900 sq. ft. This package includes one and one half hours on site and an equal amount of post production time. I will provide up to 20 finished images for this level of service.
    
Estate Shoot......... $335. 
Homes 4000 sq. ft plus. These will take approximately 2 hours of shooting and an equal amount of time in post edit.  If you have an estate over 5500 sq. ft. feel free to discuss the option of a custom package to better suit your needs.

Virtual Tour...............$125.
8-10 image virtual tour with branded and unbranded links for MLS
Links are active for 12 months ($30 additional for upload to Realtor.com if listing agent is not showcase member of Realtor.com

Realtor photo...........$25.
